Study Information

What is this study about?
It is the aim of the ‘ Youth Experience Matters’ study to get an insight of what really matters to young people living in Ireland with a physical disability when it comes to being physically active.

Who is this study for?
We are looking for young people aged between 13-17 years with a physical disability across the Republic of Ireland to participate in this study.

Stages of the project

There will be 2-4 rounds of this questionnaire. The number of rounds will depend on how quickly agreement is reached amongst young people identifying what matters most to them.

Round 1: Your Experience

You will be asked to tell us about what physical activity you do or don’t do and what matters to you.

Round 2: Your Voice

Round 2: Your Voice

You will see a summary of everyone’s answers. You will be asked to pick what points are most important to you.

Round 3: Your Choice

Round 3: Your Choice

You will see all the answers together from the previous rounds. You will be asked to pick what your top 10 choices are.

Round 4: Your Decision

Round 4: Your Decision

You will see all the top 10 choices that came from everyone’s answers. You will asked if you agree or disagree. Yes or No.
